Refund policy

Robond inc. will proceed to exchange equal products only. There will be absolutely no monetary reimbursement for any products.

Robond subsidiary warrants their products against any failure resulting from original manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials. This non-transferable warranty is in effect for a period of (2) years from the date of purchase and is valid only if the original dated bill of sale is presented when service is required. The warranty does not cover damage that occurred during shipment, or that was caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized product modification, failure to follow the instructions outlined in the user’s manual, failure to perform routine maintenance, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs. In the event of a malfunctioning, you should bring the product back or send them collect to Robond.
