We have several presses, with a maximal hydraulic capacity of 300 tons.
We also have automatic coil feeders which enable us to use progressive matrices. Robond can answer all requirements of small to large volume production for steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Robond owns a Motoman Robot that is used for robotic MIG welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Robotic welding allows us to offer competitive pricing for parts that require precision or for high volume production. We can also provide TIG welding and mechanically assisted welding according to your specifications.

We offer a line of powder coatings for parts that require finished surfaces that are both resistant and aesthetic such as polyester paint, hybrids and special effects. Parts are cleaned prior to painting in an iron sulfate solution for better resistance to corrosion and for better adherence prior to the powder paint process
